Terms of Service

These Terms describe use of LimoDrop software and the responsibilities of Jisaro Tech, tenants, and authorized users.

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

This document is a product and business draft for qualified legal review. Commercial terms such as governing law, liability caps, arbitration, refunds, and insurance requirements are intentionally not invented here.

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern access to LimoDrop software and related public services provided by Jisaro Tech. By using the service, an authorized customer, tenant, or user agrees to these Terms and any applicable order, subscription, or tenant agreement.

2. Platform role

LimoDrop is transportation management software. Jisaro Tech provides software services and does not automatically become the transportation provider, carrier, chauffeur employer, or party responsible for passenger transportation performed by an independent tenant business. Tenants are responsible for their services, permits, insurance, personnel, pricing, passenger communications, and legal obligations.

3. Accounts and authorized users

Customers must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, assign appropriate permissions, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized. Users may access only the workspaces and records for which they have permission.

4. Tenant responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data they enter, notices and consents they provide to passengers or drivers, reservation and dispatch decisions, customer service, payment terms, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and transportation performance.

5. Reservations and payments

LimoDrop may provide tools for reservations, quotes, deposits, pricing, invoices, receipts, and payment integrations. A tenant’s configured pricing, cancellation, refund, payment, and invoice rules govern its customer relationship. Third-party payment providers may impose additional terms and fees. Jisaro Tech does not promise approval, settlement timing, or availability of any third-party payment service.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe rights, interfere with operations, send unauthorized communications, or use LimoDrop to violate transportation, privacy, employment, consumer-protection, or messaging laws.

7. Data and intellectual property

Subject to applicable agreements, a tenant retains its rights in data it submits. The tenant authorizes Jisaro Tech to host, process, secure, display, and transmit that data as needed to provide LimoDrop and related support. LimoDrop, its software, branding, documentation, and improvements belong to Jisaro Tech or its licensors.

8. Third-party services

LimoDrop may connect to mapping, payment, accounting, email, SMS, hosting, and other third-party services selected or enabled by a tenant. Those services are controlled by their providers, and their terms, availability, privacy practices, and charges may apply.

9. Availability and support

We work to operate a reliable service and provide support through available channels, but maintenance, outages, provider failures, security events, network conditions, and other events may affect availability. Do not rely on LimoDrop as the sole method for urgent transportation or safety communications.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, investigate misuse, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a security risk. On termination, access to tenant data may end and retention or export may be handled under the applicable agreement and law.

To the extent permitted by law, LimoDrop is provided as available and without promises that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business purpose. Specific warranty language, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution, subscription refunds, insurance requirements, and other commercial provisions depend on the applicable customer agreement and must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before relying on them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@limodropos.com.
