SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms for LimoDrop Service Notifications, an operational messaging program operated by Jisaro Tech.

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

Public policy readiness does not by itself establish Telnyx 10DLC campaign approval. Consent collection, suppression, keyword handling, sender identity, and tenant controls must be verified in the deployed messaging system before submission.

1. Program description

LimoDrop Service Notifications is an operational SMS program operated by Jisaro Tech for LimoDrop software and participating transportation businesses. Messages may relate to a reservation or support interaction, including:

  • Reservation confirmations and booking changes.
  • Trip reminders and driver or pickup updates.
  • Customer support communications requested or reasonably expected in connection with a service.

A person may receive messages only where the applicable tenant or Jisaro Tech has a lawful basis and the recipient has provided the required consent or requested the communication. Consent is not a condition of purchasing transportation unless a particular tenant clearly explains a necessary operational message. A phone number alone is not treated as SMS consent. Tenants are responsible for the consent language, collection method, records, and notices used for their customers, passengers, and drivers.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on reservations, trip activity, support requests, and changes to a service. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-out and help

Recipients may request to stop messages by replying STOP where carrier keyword handling is available, or by contacting support@limodropos.com. HELP requests may be directed to support@limodropos.com. Because automated keyword handling and carrier behavior must be confirmed for each deployed messaging configuration, do not rely on a keyword response for an urgent request; contact the applicable transportation company directly.

5. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with messaging providers and carriers as necessary to deliver authorized messages. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Tenant responsibilities

Participating transportation companies are responsible for identifying themselves where required, describing their messages accurately, obtaining and maintaining consent, honoring applicable opt-outs, keeping tenant records separate, and avoiding promotional content unless a separate compliant campaign and consent process authorize it. LimoDrop Service Notifications is intended for operational messages, not general marketing.

7. Contact and updates

Questions about the program may be sent to support@limodropos.com. These SMS Terms may be updated when the program, providers, or legal requirements change.
