Privacy Policy

Jisaro Tech operates LimoDrop, a transportation management software platform. LimoDrop helps independent transportation companies manage customers, reservations, dispatch, communications, billing workflows, and related operations. A company using LimoDrop is a tenant and remains responsible for the transportation services it provides.

This Policy applies to information processed through the public website and the LimoDrop platform for tenant administrators, customers, passengers, drivers, affiliates, and other authorized users. A tenant may provide additional notices for its own services.

Depending on how the platform is used, information may include:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, roles, and organization details.
• Reservation and trip details, pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, dates, times, vehicle selections, passenger details, and driver or affiliate information.
• Saved addresses, location coordinates, timezone, airport, airline, and flight information supplied for a trip.
• Invoices, receipts, payment status, deposits, and limited payment-provider references. LimoDrop does not claim to store full payment-card numbers unless a specific integration and its documentation say otherwise.
• Device, browser, log, authentication, cookie, and security information.
• Messages and support requests sent through the platform.

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve LimoDrop; authenticate users; support tenant operations; process reservation and billing workflows; send requested transactional email or SMS notifications; prevent abuse; respond to support requests; and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Tenants control much of the business data entered into their LimoDrop workspace. Tenant administrators determine how reservation and passenger information is used for their transportation operations. Jisaro Tech provides software and processes information on the tenant’s instructions and as needed to operate the platform. LimoDrop does not itself become the carrier, chauffeur, employer, or transportation provider merely because a tenant uses the software.

Operational messages may include reservation confirmations, booking changes, reminders, driver or pickup updates, and support communications. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the information necessary with messaging providers, carriers, hosting providers, and service personnel to deliver authorized messages, protect the service, and comply with law.

• Recipients may have tenant-specific choices and rights regarding operational messages.
• LimoDrop does not use operational SMS consent as permission for unrelated promotional messaging.

Information may be shared with the tenant that controls the workspace, authorized users, infrastructure and hosting providers, email and messaging providers, payment or accounting integrations selected by a tenant, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. Service providers receive only the access appropriate to their function and contractual obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authentication, authorization, access controls, logging, and tenant-scoped data access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and security controls may vary by feature and service provider.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and follow a tenant’s documented instructions. Tenants may request deletion or export through their relationship with Jisaro Tech, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational limits.

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing. Requests should be sent to support@limodropos.com. If the information is controlled by a tenant, we may direct the request to that tenant or coordinate with it before responding.

LimoDrop is a business and transportation operations platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request information from children for independent use of the platform. Information may be processed in countries where Jisaro Tech, its tenants, or service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
