Getting Started

How do I create my first reservation?

To create your first reservation, log into your LimoDrop dashboard and click the "New Reservation" button. Fill in the customer details, pickup and dropoff locations, date and time, and select a vehicle. The system will automatically calculate pricing and send confirmation to the customer.

How do I add vehicles to my fleet?

Go to the Fleet Management section in your dashboard and click "Add Vehicle". Enter the vehicle details including make, model, year, license plate, and capacity. You can also upload photos and set maintenance schedules.

Can I try LimoDrop before purchasing?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can start using LimoDrop immediately after signing up.

Account & Billing

How does billing work?

LimoDrop uses a subscription-based pricing model. You can choose from our Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plans. Billing is monthly or annual, and you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Technical Support

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! LimoDrop has mobile apps for both iOS and Android. The mobile app allows drivers to view their schedules, navigate to pickup locations, and update trip status in real-time.

Do you offer API access?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive REST API for Professional and Enterprise customers. The API allows you to integrate LimoDrop with your existing systems and build custom applications.

What browsers are supported?

LimoDrop works with all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.

Can I integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, LimoDrop includes real-time GPS tracking for all vehicles in your fleet. You can monitor vehicle locations, track routes, and receive alerts for maintenance or safety issues.

Can I customize the customer portal?

Yes! Enterprise customers can customize the customer portal with their branding, colors, and logo. You can also add custom fields and modify the booking flow to match your business needs.
